Dispatcher

1. Execute trip allocation based on plan.

2. Allocate plan based on trip booking.

3. Check driver’s health condition prior to driving.

4. Ensure that all documents and safety requirements of truck and delivery crew are complete prior to dispatch.

5. Ensure to meet delivery schedule of the client.

6. Report incident / accident and coordinates emergency response to Management and Maintenance.

7. Guide and direct all communications regarding issues from customers to appropriate management personnel.

8. Provide other support functions as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Graduate of any 4 years course.

2. Good communication skills verbal and written.

3. At least 1 year experience as logistics or trucking dispatcher.

4. Must be familiar in different parts of Luzon area (especially NCR, Bataan to Quezon Province).

5. Computer literate particularly with MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
