Prestige Auto Transport, LLC is hiring a Dispatcher!
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
(Must be comfortable taking after‑hours calls, emails, and texts — trucking doesn’t stop at 4 PM.)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented dispatcher to help keep our operations running smoothly. This role supports sales and accounting to ensure every transport is handled with accuracy and professionalism for our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
-Verify driver credentials, including DOT authority and insurance
-Maintain real‑time communication with drivers for pickup and delivery updates
-Coordinate timing, scheduling, and load progress
-Communicate clearly with sales and accounting to keep all departments aligned
-Provide strong customer service and problem‑solving when needed
Pay: $800–$900 per week, with periodic pay increases based on performance and reliability.
