As a Dispatcher, you’ll juggle tasks like a pro—dispatching technicians, coordinating service calls, and keeping our clients updated. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving tech puzzles, and can multitask like a boss, this is your chance to shine!

Details of this fundamental role?

• Dispatch technicians to B2B clients, providing all necessary details and tracking their locations to ensure timely appointments.
• Triage, prioritize, and manage help desk tickets while keeping everyone informed on resolutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot device issues using various systems, software, and hardware tools.
• Collaborate with management to improve workflows and processes while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Log service calls, technician info, and key data, ensuring accurate and efficient records.
• Entering service call information in operations system, arrival, and departure times, etc.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing updates, answering calls, and maintaining logs and inventories.
• Other duties as assigned.
