Bilingual Office Dispatcher / Administrative Assistant

Location: Las Vegas, NV

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and bilingual English/Spanish team member to join our office.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer phone calls.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians.
• Communicate with customers and technicians in English and Spanish.
• Update jobs, schedules, and customer information.
• Follow up on estimates, invoices, payments, and paperwork.
• Organize receipts and office documents.
• Assist with daily office and administrative tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using computers, email, Word, and Excel.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Previous office, dispatch, customer service, or plumbing/HVAC experience is a plus.
