Dispatcher

We are hiring a Dispatcher to join our dispatch team. We’re looking for someone organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trips and communicate with chauffeurs.
• Monitor trip progress, chauffeur availability, and flight or train updates.
• Review schedules to ensure enough time between jobs and prevent delays.
• Respond to calls and emails from customers, chauffeurs, and team members.
• Keep reservation details and trip statuses accurate in our dispatch system.
• Handle schedule changes and assist with service issues.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software.
• Dispatch or transportation experience preferred.
• Available to work the 3 pm–11 pm shift

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
