Dispatcher

Responsibilities • Optimize schedules to reduce downtime and boost productivity. • Maintain and adjust crew compositions based on demand. • Ensure tools, parts, and services are ready before deployment. • Manage daily and short-term crew schedules. • Align plans with service contracts and customer expectations. • Communicate clearly with crews and stakeholders. • Track and balance planning KPIs. • Assign work based on skills, weather, and priorities. • Prepare 12-week and 3-week service plans. • Bundle and streamline work orders. • Confirm availability of materials and competencies. • Create purchase requests as needed. • Support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. • Review completed work weekly. • Promote Vestas' values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications • Technical diploma, degree, or tertiary qualification • Experience in technical roles, especially in the wind industry or with wind turbines • Proficiency in planning techniques and/or project management methodologies • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce and SAP Competencies • Solid understanding of technical and planning frameworks • Process-oriented with solid problem-solving skills • Skilled at handling dynamic environments • Effective time management and composure in stressful situations • Clear and effective communicator • Highly organized with solid safety awareness • Works well in collaborative settings
