Job Description:

 Assign delivery medicines packages, optimized routes, and specific destinations to drivers
or riders based on fleet capacity and efficiency.
 Generate, verify, and organize essential handover documents, including Delivery Manifests
and Waybills.
 Track the real-time location of field personnel using internal systems or GPS tracking
software.
 Provide immediate support and guidance to riders encountering delivery issues, navigation
difficulties, or on-road emergencies.
 Assist with other operational requirements as needed
Unload, receive, and verify incoming medicines packages from Pharmacy team/ Medpack
 Scan and sort items accurately into designated areas based on address, delivery routes, or
product types using the sorting system.
 Inspect incoming packages for any visible damage, leaks, or labeling issues prior to staging.
 Endorse sorted medicines package efficiently to assigned Dispatchers to facilitate rapid
loading and rider deployment.
 Assist with other operational requirements as needed

Job qualifications

High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Undergraduate; a
bachelor’s degree in any related field is an advantage.
 At least 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, customer
service, or a related field is preferred.
 Fresh graduates or applicants with relevant experience and strong coordination skills are
encouraged to apply.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple
tasks.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook); experience with
dispatch or fleet management systems is an advantage.
 Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and scheduling.
 Knowledge of routing, delivery scheduling, and fleet operations is an advantage.
 Ability to effectively coordinate with drivers, field personnel, and different departments.
 Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary.
 Dependable, proactive, and customer service-oriented with a strong sense of
responsibility.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
