Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to provide updates on shipment status
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of all transactions

Experience:

• Previous experience working as a dispatcher or in a similar role is preferred
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
