Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated Truck Dispatcher to dispatch over-the-road (OTR) drivers. The ideal candidate should be organized, a strong communicator, and able to keep drivers moving while ensuring loads are delivered safely and on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Find and book loads for OTR drivers.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and shippers.
• Negotiate rates and maximize load profitability.
• Track loads and provide updates on pickup and delivery times.
• Handle paperwork, rate confirmations, and dispatch details.
• Keep drivers moving efficiently while minimizing downtime.

Requirements:

• Previous trucking dispatch experience preferred.
• Knowledge of load boards and freight brokers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple drivers.
• Must be dependable, professional, and results-driven.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 50.0 per week
