What they need

- Monitor routes and track vehicle locations to ensure on-time delivery
- Communicate with drivers regarding trip details, delays, and route changes
- Coordinate with clients regarding delivery status and schedules
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and delivery documentation
- Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or unforeseen issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
