Experienced Dispatcher – Plumbing Service Company We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively multitask, and brings a positive, professional attitude to work each day.

Job Description The primary responsibility of this position is dispatching and scheduling service calls for our team of 20+ plumbing technicians. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to make quick, informed decisions while managing a constantly changing schedule.

We utilize Service Titan as our primary dispatching and scheduling software and Apple/Mac products for daily operations. Previous experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and schedule service calls efficiently for 20+ field technicians.
• Monitor technician availability, job progress, and scheduling changes throughout the day.
• Coordinate with technicians and customers to ensure timely service and clear communication.
• Prioritize incoming service requests based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
• Maintain an understanding of each technician's skills and capabilities to ensure appropriate job assignments.
• Utilize Service Titan to manage dispatch boards, appointments, technician schedules, and customer information.
• Adapt quickly to schedule changes, cancellations, and unexpected situations.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy while working in a busy, fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience preferred, ideally within plumbing, HVAC, or another home service industry.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Apple products, including iPhones and Mac computers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with the Colorado Front Range, Foothills, and surrounding service areas is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a positive attitude in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule & Compensation Our hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Sunday through Saturday. Applicants must have flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

We offer a $2.00 per hour shift differential for weekend hours.
