Dispatcher / Office Assistant

All Out Fleet Service is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Dispatcher / Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating service calls, supporting technicians and drivers, assisting customers, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians and tow operators efficiently using dispatch software.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with customers, fleet managers, and vendors regarding service updates.
• Create and manage work orders, estimates, invoices, and documentation. Process customer payments using RoadSync and other payment platforms.
• Utilize Towbook, Shopmonkey, and other office software to manage daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general administrative duties.
• Support management with various office projects and day-to-day tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching, customer service, or office administration experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn new software systems.
• Experience with Towbook, Shopmonkey, RoadSync, or similar dispatch/management software is a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
