Duties

• Coordinate and schedule transportation services
• Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor fleet activities and provide support as needed
• Dispatch drivers and monitor routes for efficiency
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize transportation processes

Requirements

• Ability to handle multi line phone system
• Proficiency in transportation planning and dispatching
• Familiarity with transportation management systems such as Fusion
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in logistics is a plus
