Dispatcher

Pigg Towing Service is looking for a dependable, motivated, and organized Dispatcher to join our team!

We operate in a fast-paced environment and are looking for someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and remain calm under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
• Dispatch tow truck drivers to service calls in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor driver locations and coordinate daily operations.
• Communicate with law enforcement, motor clubs, businesses, and customers.
• Accurately enter calls, maintain records, and update dispatch information.
• Handle multiple phone lines and prioritize calls based on urgency.
• Assist customers with towing, impound, and vehicle release inquiries.
• Work closely with drivers and management to keep operations running smoothly.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Previous dispatch experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
