Call Management: Answer emergency and non-emergency requests via phone, text, or alarm systems; assess urgency and extract critical location details

Field Tracking: Monitor the real-time status, safety, and location of field units or service crews

Multitasking: Ability to operate multiple computer screens, type rapidly, listen to callers, and talk on radios simultaneously.

Problem Solving: Resolve unexpected delays, breakdowns, or route obstacles quickly

Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of all dispatches, incident reports, and customer interactions.

Receive, log, and prioritize service requests, installation orders, repair tickets, and fault reports from customers, internal teams, and network operations.

Assign and dispatch field technicians/crews based on location, skill set, availability, and ticket priority (outage, emergency, scheduled work).

Update dispatch system / Field Service Management (FSM) software in real time with status, arrival times, delays, and outcomes.
