Dispatcher/ Logistics Coordinator

We are currently hiring for a highly motivated and dedicated individual for the position of a Dispatcher in our organization. We are looking for someone who has experience with booking loads and interacting with customers.

Work Schedule

• Evenings
• Nights
• Weekends

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Book loads using load boards (Load link, DAT)
• Reach out to customers and use their load boards
• Communicate with customers via phone/ emails
• Provide updates to customers for duration of the shipment
• Pay attention to details and work well under pressure
• Communicate with drivers regarding the shipment
• Must be able to build professional relationships with customers

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year dispatching experience
• Must have knowledge of both US and Canada market
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of dry and temperature controlled shipments
• Knowledge of FTL and LTL loads
• Knowledge of Hours-of-Service regulations
• Must be team player and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Must possess great organizational skills
• Having experience with Amazon load board would be an asset
