Dispatcher Manager

About the role

The Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate distribution of medicines to individual and corporate clients. This role ensures timely delivery through motorcycle riders and bulk dispatch operations, while maintaining strict coordination with the pharmacy and full visibility of parcel status within the 1Life system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch operations for medicine deliveries via motorcycle riders and bulk shipments to corporate clients
• Monitor and track all medicines endorsed by the pharmacy for delivery
• Supervise dispatchers, sorters, and riders to ensure proper handling and timely distribution of medicine parcels
• Ensure accurate sorting, routing, and dispatching of all orders
• Coordinate closely with the pharmacy team regarding dispatch schedules and priorities
• Handle and endorse returned medicines back to the pharmacy following proper procedures
• Maintain real-time reporting of all medicine parcel statuses, including delivery progress, delays, and issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and healthcare handling protocols
• Identify and resolve operational issues to improve delivery efficiency and service quality
• Proficient in the 1Life system for dispatch monitoring, reporting, and coordination
