Dispatcher (Pasay)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear communication with drivers, providing updates and ensuring they have the necessary information for each trip.
• Keep track of schedules, ride details, and updates to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Provide helpful customer service, answering questions or resolving any concerns passengers may have.
• Monitor the condition of vehicles, including safety features like seatbelts, tires, and lights.

Qualifications:

• At least high school graduate or college undergraduate
• Experience gained from a logistics company is preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude to ensure positive experiences for passengers.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and vehicle safety standards is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and drivers.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Can start ASAP
• Ideally residing near the Pasay area
• Willing to work onsite in Terminal 3, NAIA Airport
