Dispatcher/Office Assistant

Growing company looking for a Dispatcher/ Office Assistant. This position will manage the database and service routes for a few drivers. This includes speaking with customers on a regular basis, processing the necessary paperwork, creating/editing the routes and entering the data into the software program. Also, there are general office duties in order to assist the Office Manager and the Owner.

• Use of specialized software program to route drivers and process their paperwork (training provided)
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Filing, scanning, data entry and general office duties
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in small office (construction) environment
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Must have great customer service skills
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required

Experience:

• Dispatching
• Multi-tasking in a fast paced environment with excellent organization skills
• Must be able to speak with customers in a professional manner

Full Time, Monday - Friday
