Dispatcher/Reservation Agent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation/Dispatch Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation reservations, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Openings:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm; Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and process transportation reservations via phone, email, online systems, or in person.
• Enter, modify, and cancel bookings using the company’s computerized reservation system.
• Monitor daily reservations and coordinate scheduling to maximize vehicle and driver efficiency.
• Track and monitor the status and availability of drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Communicate reservation details and schedule updates to drivers, dispatch, and other operational departments.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and assisting customers with transportation needs.
• Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or service issues when they arise.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in office software applications and reservation management systems.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience required; experience in sales is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with dispatchers, drivers, and management.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Tourism or hospitality or transportation industry experience is a plus.
• Have a reliable method of transportation

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
