Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medication packing program (Webster Pak) including packing for 60 clients.
• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Educate customers on over-the-counter products and health services.
• Help with stock management and organisation of the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is essential.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in pharmacy software and basic computer applications, FRED experience preferred.
