At Diverse Builders, we have an exciting casual role for a Host in our new Display Home in Kialla.  This is an amazing opportunity to join a design and build company where you will be empowered and supported to achieve business outcomes.

About the role:

In this role, you will be the face of our company and form an integral part of our sales team.  You will be well-presented, a confident communicator and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. The Host will work on a rotating roster working every second weekend 11.30am – 4pm.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers into our Display home
• Walking customers through our Display home
• Qualifying potential clients
• Discussing the Diverse Builders’ new home process and what we offer
• Appointment setting for the New Home Consultant
• Maintaining the cleanliness of our Display home and ensuring it is immaculately presented at all times

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

• Proficiency in computer literacy

• The ability to complete required administration tasks
