该职位来源于猎聘 Salary negotiable薪水面议 Flexible working灵活办公 Responsibilities Lead mechanical design and manufacturing for advanced display modules, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver optimal VR, wearable and AI device displays. Partner closely with display supply chain and FATP partners to custom display and cover glass design, NPI&NTI build, and validate novel display at component, module and system levels. Drive development and innovations in the broad field of display form factor &border improvement, cost reduction, thermal design and sustainability. Our APAC Lead DRI and POC for display ME and process.

Minimum Qualifications B.S. degree with 5+ years of mechanical design and manufacturing experience in display modules, or similar product design experiences in the consumer electronics field. Strong mechanical or product design expertise with knowledge in DFM, manufacturing and product integration. Solid understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals: properties of materials, solid mechanics, statics, Newtonian physics, and heat transfer. Experience with manufacturing techniques such as injection-molding, machining, die-cutting, forging, etc. and materials such as glass, plastics, metals, etc. Experience of planning and performing DOE, statistical data analysis, yield improvement, root cause investigation, FACA. Track-record of ownership in developing and delivering consumer products. Preferred Qualifications Experience and expertise in display cover glass design, materials and manufacturing.

Experience and expertise in LIPO (low injection pressure overmolding) design and manufacturing process.

Experience working closely with display suppliers, cover glass suppliers, LIPO suppliers,

JDM, ODMs and CMs. Understanding of system and module level trade-offs with mechanical, quality, yield and cost performance. In-depth understanding of LCD and OLED display technologies.
