【Client Description】

知名外商科技公司顯示器單位誠徵 Display Platform Development Manager ，負責 Display 相關產品開發專案。

【Responsibilities】

Product Development & Engineering Program Management

• Lead engineering planning and execution with ODM partners throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Translate market requirements and business objectives into detailed technical product specifications.
• Ensure platform development activities align with the Plan of Record (POR), committed schedules, and engineering requirements.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure successful program execution from concept through production readiness.

RFQ & Cost Management

• Develop and manage RFQ-related engineering documentation.
• Review and validate vendor responses to ensure technical compliance and cost competitiveness.
• Track and manage Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) and development expenses throughout each project phase.
• Support engineering cost optimization initiatives and ensure program cost targets are achieved.
• Manage and communicate Design Proposal Scores under the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) framework.

Design Change & Partner Management

• Act as the primary engineering representative to ODM partners.
• Partner with Business Managers and key stakeholders to evaluate and communicate design changes, development risks, and cost implications.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making across internal and external teams.

Validation & Product Readiness

• Coordinate validation planning, execution, and reporting activities.
• Monitor engineering deliverables and ensure all validation milestones are completed on schedule.
• Lead phase-exit reviews and maintain exit criteria based on program maturity, quality metrics, and milestone status.
• Ensure engineering readiness for mass production and product launch.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Represent the engineering team in schedule management and cross-functional program reviews.
• Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication across engineering, operations, business, and ODM partners.

【Candidate Profile】

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in product development, program management, or engineering project management within consumer electronics, displays, PCs, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and product development lifecycles.
• Experience working with ODM/OEM partners and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
