The Position

At GURNER GROUP, our Display Suites are more than sales spaces, they’re the first expression of our brand, our projects, and the lifestyle we’re creating.

As our Display Suite Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the seamless day-to-day operation of the display suite, ensuring exceptional guest experience and efficient administrative support for the Sales Team and Event Team.

This role oversees appointment scheduling, supplier coordination, inventory management, guest list administration, presentation readiness, and operational logistics, while supporting the delivery of premium client and agent events

This is a permanent part time role working Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, with the option to pick up additional casual shifts.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Display Suite Operations & Administration: manage and maintain the display suite calendar and booking schedules within Notion, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of booking records, appointment details, and operational information within calendar software as requested by the Sales Team and/or Events Team
• Guest Experience & Hospitality Coordination: coordinate catering, hospitality services, and waitstaff requirements for appointments, meetings and VIP visits, ensuring appropriate coverage and service standards are maintained.
• Brand & Presentation Management: monitor display suite collateral, amenities, gifting, and presentation elements to ensure a premium and consistent brand experience.
• Inventory & Procurement Management: coordinate the ordering and replenishment of stock with approval from the Group Events Manager
• Event & Guest List Coordination: Coordinate guest list administration, including collecting attendee information from sales teams, maintaining accurate records, and updating Notion accordingly.

The ideal individual will have:

At least two years’ experience in a high-end hospitality, hotel or premium customer service environment.

• Barista experience would be beneficial / or the desire to learn!
