Distillery/Brewery Forklift Driver

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Driver to move, load, unload, organize, and track inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, pallets, barrels, cases, and other inventory.
• Receive incoming shipments; verify counts, inspect for damage, and report discrepancies.
• Put away inventory accurately by location and maintain organized warehouse storage.
• Pull, stage, wrap, and prepare orders for pickup or shipment.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, labeling, and basic inventory-system updates.
• Keep loading areas, aisles, racks, and workspaces clean and clear.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety issues immediately.
• Follow all company safety rules, OSHA requirements, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse, shipping, receiving, and facility needs as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior forklift-operating experience required; certification preferred or willingness to become certified.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working around pallets, racks, trucks, and inventory in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail for counts, locations, labels, and damaged-product reporting.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
• Basic experience using scanners, inventory software, or warehouse-management systems preferred.
• Must be able to pass any required background screening and drug testing.

Preferred Experience

• Warehouse shipping and receiving.
• Loading and unloading freight.
• Inventory counts and location management.
• Beverage, alcohol, food, CPG, or temperature-controlled inventory.
• Experience handling barrels, glass-packaged products, or other fragile/heavy materials.

Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour
