Distribution Administrator

Job Summary: A Distribution Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing the distribution of products from the warehouse to distributors, customers, or retail locations. The role ensures that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer and distributor orders. Coordinate product dispatch and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate inventory and stock records. Prepare invoices, delivery notes, and shipping documents. Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and transport teams. Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries. Handle delivery issues, shortages, damages, and returns. Update distribution data using Excel or ERP systems. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly distribution reports. Maintain proper records of all distribution activities.
