What they need
Crystal Consult is recruiting a Distribution & Partnerships Manager for a leading media brand.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 3+ years' experience in media sales, business development or partnerships.
- Strong relationship networks within Lagos church, corporate or NGO communities.
- Proven experience closing commercial deals.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Compensation: ₦150,000 monthly + 5% commission on advertising revenue closed, quarterly performance bonus, HMO, airtime and transport allowance.
Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Lagos (Field-based)
