As we continue to grow and expand our market we are looking for additional full-time Distribution Assistant in our warehouse in Stonegate East Sussex.

The Role

You will play a key role fulfilling orders of supplements and test kits in our busy warehouse. This active role includes downloading orders from our system, picking and packing small parcels, stock replenishment and general warehouse duties. In addition, you will be required to complete some administrative duties including filing, responding to queries and tracking parcels.

We exhibit at conferences and events all over the world (up to 60 events per year) and part of this role includes the fulfilment of materials for these events eg. picking, packing and shipping banners, brochures, brochure stands, podiums etc. to ensure they arrive on time.

Full training will be given.

The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail; be committed to work as part of a team; work quickly and effectively under pressure in a busy environment and be prepared to go that extra mile. Computer skills are essential as is own transport, due to the rural location of the office. No forklift required.

40 hours per week
