Distribution Assistant

Job Scope:

Ensuring smooth delivery of merchandise to various clients and locations. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate distribution of goods while also maintaining positive client relationships. Your duties encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Merchandise Delivery:
     * Safely transport merchandise to designated locations.
     * Monitor traffic and plan routes and schedules for efficient delivery.
     * Handle merchandise carefully to prevent damage during transportation.
• Inventory Management:
     * Maintain accurate records of inventory levels for merchandise in transit.
     * Conduct periodic inventory checks to reconcile discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Stock Arrangement:
     * Organize and arrange merchandise on shelves according to company standards.
     * Ensure proper labeling and signage for easy identification of products.
     * Rotate stock and check expiry dates to maintain freshness and quality.
• Customer Service:
     * Address any concerns or inquiries raised by clients regarding the delivered merchandise.
• Help with various administrative and coordination tasks as needed by the team.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• ⁠Training will be provided. But experience in delivery or merchandising roles is an advantage
• Optimistic and positive personality with good communication skill.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with navigation tools and GPS systems.
• Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols.
• Willing to work in a flexible hybrid environment, both in-office and remotely.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
Saturday: 9.00am - 3.00pm
