Distribution Assistant

Responsibilities:

• To ensure all incoming and outgoing stocks are accounted upon receipt and delivery respectively.
• To maintain good housekeeping of Central Supplies stocks on hand and delivery storage at Back of House.
• To ensure parcel are pack accurate accordingly to the order packing slip and handover to 3PL delivery partner in timely manner.
• To attend to customer’s complaints, regarding the Home Delivery Service, in such a way that the after-sales-service exceeds the customers’ expectations.
• To provide support in setup and teardown of sales events/promotions/new launches/pop-up and etc.
• To ensure fixtures are well maintained and managed in order to prolong the lifespan and prevent damages to fixture unnecessarily.
• To have a systematic labelling for all fixtures, and classify them according to the departments they belong in, to aid in more efficient deployment/utilization of fixtures.
• To monitor and maintain standard repacking methods to prevent damages.
• To ensure the accuracy in updating of fulfilment status in CMS whenever home delivery is fulfilled.
• Any other duties which may be assigned by your immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking.
• Process good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative.
• Independent and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• 5-day work week in rotating shift.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
