Distribution Center Officer

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily distribution operations.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers and business units.

• Monitor shipment schedules and coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, and customers.

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure product availability and proper stock allocation.

• Monitor inventory levels and address stock shortages or overstock situations.

• Ensure accurate documentation of inventory movements and deliveries.

• Provide training and coaching to improve team productivity and service quality.

• Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for distribution activities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.

• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of distribution activities.

• Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, costs, inventory movements, and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to support business objectives.

• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation vendors.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 - 5 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain management, with supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse and transportation operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
