Distribution Centre Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Distribution Centre Supervisor to take the lead across our Branch Stock and Webshop operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll keep people, stock and priorities moving - ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched safely, accurately and on time.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the day-to-day operation across Branch Stock and Webshop
• Allocate labour and shift priorities to keep the DC on track
• Oversee inbound freight, stock processing, replenishment, picking, packing and dispatch
• Keep inventory accurate and resolve stock discrepancies quickly
• Monitor workload, productivity, accuracy, service levels and dispatch readiness
• Coach and support the team to deliver high performance
• Move resources across the operation as priorities change
• Maintain a safe, organised and productive warehouse
• Identify practical ways to improve workflow, productivity, accuracy and customer service

What you’ll bring

• Experience in warehousing, retail distribution, e-commerce fulfilment or inventory operations
• Proven ability to lead people and manage competing priorities
• Strong WMS, stock control and inventory skills
• A practical, solutions-focused approach and calm judgement under pressure
• Clear communication and the confidence to coach and hold people accountable
• Understanding of the full warehouse operation — from receiving through to dispatch
• Forklift or order-picker licence, where required
• A willingness to get hands-on when the operation needs it
