An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Distribution Centre Team Leader to join our Christchurch operation.

This is more than a warehouse leadership role. It's an opportunity to lead a critical function within ARB New Zealand's supply chain, developing a high-performing team while driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and outstanding service outcomes. You'll play a key role in shaping the culture, performance, and future success of our Distribution Centre.

About You

You are an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads from the front. You have a passion for developing teams, improving processes, and creating a safe, engaged, and high-performing workplace.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven leadership experience within a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong inventory management and operational experience.
• Experience working with complex ERP and warehouse management systems.
• A commitment to Health & Safety and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A current drivers and forklift licence, and the legal right to work in New Zealand.
