Distribution Coordinator | Cavite | 6 Months Project Based

Position: Distribution Coordinator

Work Set up: Work Onsite

Location: Cavite

Project Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension or absorption depending on work performance

Salary: Php 16,500 | Plus performance bonus and PAID OT

Qualifications

• Willing to work in Cavite
• At least 1 year work experience as Warehousing, Storage, Distribution etc.
• Experienced in using MS Excel, Google sheet and etc.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancie
• Coordinate replenishment and restocking based on demand
• Monitor incoming orders in real-time
• Verify order details for accuracy and completeness
• Resolve order issues in coordination with relevant teams
• Identify, assess, and resolve customers' needs to achieve positive customer experience and first contact resolution through face-to-face interaction.
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
