Distribution Manager

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing end-to-end distribution and transportation operations from warehouse to customers.

• Lead and develop the Distribution team to achieve operational targets and service levels.

• Plan and optimize delivery routes, schedules, transportation capacity, and vehicle utilization.

• Monitor On-Time Delivery (OTD) / OTIF and ensure a high level of customer service.

• Manage company vehicles and external transportation / 3PL partners.

• Control transportation costs and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.

• Work closely with Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to resolve delivery issues.

• Analyze distribution performance data and drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiency.

• Develop and improve SOPs and operational processes to make distribution faster, more effective, and reliable.

• Travel regularly to branches, customers, warehouses, and business locations in Central and Southern Thailand.

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 5 years of working experience in Distribution, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain, with proven team management experience.

• Willing and able to travel regularly to branches, customers, warehouses, and business locations in Central and Southern Thailand.

• Must be comfortable with frequent business travel and regular trips to provinces outside Bangkok, particularly in the Central and Southern regions of Thailand.

• Center operations will be considered an advantage.

• Proficiency in English is required (Chinese will be considered an advantage)
