Distribution Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Manager to oversee and manage our distribution and logistics operations for lighting products and solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and timely movement of products from our warehouse to customers, dealers, distributors, branches, and project sites.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day distribution and delivery operations
• Oversee order fulfillment, product allocation, dispatch, and delivery activities
• Coordinate deliveries to customers, dealers, distributors, branches, contractors, and project sites
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time and accurate deliveries
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Project teams
• Monitor inventory movement and product availability for customer and project requirements
• Manage internal and third-party logistics providers, drivers, and delivery resources
• Monitor transportation costs, delivery performance, and service levels
• Resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, discrepancies, and other distribution concerns
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Distribution team

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in distribution, logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or operations
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Experience in B2B distribution or project-based operations is highly preferred
• Background in lighting, electrical products, construction materials, building materials, industrial products, engineering products, or similar technical products is an advantage
• Experience handling deliveries to project sites, contractors, dealers, distributors, or commercial customers is preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory, warehouse, transportation, and distribution operations
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP, WMS, inventory, or order management systems is an advantage
