What they need

Evermark is a newly formed beauty and personal care company bringing together a portfolio of iconic, everyday brands with enormous reach and untapped potential: Suave, ChapStick, Q-tips, Caress, St. Ives, TIGI Bed Head, Noxzema, Pond’s, Lever 2000. These are brands people know, trust, and use daily - and we are building their next chapter.

Backed by a growth-oriented YellowWood Partners, we operate with speed, focus, and accountability. Our goal is simple: modernize these brands, accelerate growth, and build a company that consistently outperforms expectations. That means sharpening strategy, raising the bar on execution, and making smart, decisive moves across the enterprise - from how we plan and operate to how we go to market.

This is a company in motion. We are scaling quickly, building new capabilities, and creating the operating model as we go. For the right people, that means rare access, real influence, and the opportunity to help shape not just a role, but a company.

Position Summary:

The Distribution Requirements Planner is responsible for planning and managing finished-goods inventory across the distribution network. This role converts demand plans into executable replenishment plans at the DC level, ensuring product availability while balancing inventory, cost, and operational constraints.

The DRP works closely with Planning, Logistics, and Customer teams to anticipate risks, align supply with demand, and support consistent service performance as the network evolves.

Core Responsibilities:

Replenishment, Inventory & Network Flow

  • Monitor inventory daily and take action on shortages, excess, and aging inventory
  • Rebalance inventory across DCs and execute inter-DC transfers to protect service and reduce waste
  • Align replenishment timing with transportation capacity, lead times, and load optimization opportunities

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner with Supply Planning to understand forecast changes, promotions, and supply risk
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing, co-packers, Logistics, and DC Operations to align supply plans with warehouse and transportation capacity
  • Flag service or execution risks early and recommend clear mitigation and recovery actions
  • Support customer supply teams with allocation decisions and service issue resolution
  • Support peak and seasonal planning to ensure network readiness

  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory positioning, flow efficiency, and service performance

Primary Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of

experience in distribution planning, logistics, or inventory management

  • 3 + years of experience in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods

  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with imperfect data

  • Experience w/Kinaxis and/or MS Business Central preferred

  • Ability to prioritize, make judgment calls, and move fast

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, finance, or business-related field.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external suppliers.

People Who Thrive Here

We look for people who take ownership, move with urgency, and care deeply about results.

Across every level and function, success here comes from thinking like an operator, not waiting to be told what to do but seeing what needs to happen and driving it forward. The individual must be comfortable working across teams, influencing without hierarchy, and making progress even when the path isn't perfectly defined.

This is a fast-moving environment with high standards and real accountability. In return, you'll have meaningful responsibility, autonomy to lead your work, and the opportunity to grow alongside brands, and a company, that are being actively shaped.
