Distribution Supervisor

We are a globally certified, multi-line food production facility dedicated to building better food solutions through tailored, scalable products. We are seeking an organized, proactive leader to ensure our supply chain and deliveries remain seamless, optimized, and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Operations Oversight: Coordinate, schedule, and supervise daily dispatching and distribution logistics across all product lines (breads, pastries, and ready meals).
• Efficiency Management: Streamline delivery routes, manage transport schedules, and monitor transit to ensure on-time, optimized deliveries.
• Inventory & Compliance: Maintain precise documentation, track shipping accuracy, and enforce safety and global quality standards within the dispatch area.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide the dispatch and distribution staff to meet daily operational targets.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in dispatching, distribution, or logistics supervision—ideally in a food manufacturing, catering, or supply chain environment.
• Skills: Strong familiarity with logistics routing, inventory tracking, and ERP/SAP software systems.
• Attributes: Excellent leadership, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills

Location: Santolan Pasig

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
