Distribution Supervisor

Job Objective:

To supervise the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring that the products are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining standards of safety and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• In-charge of troubleshooting, communicating, coordinating day-to-day activities including but not limited to delivery issues / concerns, special delivery request, misaligned schedule / special instructions/reminders in deliveries and pending / drop routes.
• Ensures that company owned trucks are being utilized daily, supervises truck maintenance schedule and checklist.
• Ensures that trucking freight billing is duly processed according to schedule and agreements including validation of demurrage, extension fee, additional helper fees and other miscellaneous related to transport expenses.
• Ensures that all third party trucking follows accreditation and authentication process and requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course preferrably Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year work experience in distribution and warehousing environment preferably in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) under the same capacity.
• Preferably with SAP background or other ERPs
