Position Summary

The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily distribution operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, safety, and exceptional service. This role collaborates closely with the Cold Storage Warehouse, Sales Team, third-party logistics providers, and other internal departments to meet customer requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least three (3) years of supervisory experience in distribution, preferably within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Solid knowledge of distribution operations, transportation coordination, and warehouse processes.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in shipping, labeling, inventory tracking, and documentation.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while responding effectively to changing business demands and operational requirements.
