Distributor Manager - GMA

The Distributor Manager GMA is responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance within the designated area. They develop and execute distributor sales processes, strategies, and trade programs to meet volume plans. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive business reviews and training sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance.
• Responsible for planning and execution of area initiatives.
• Develops and executes distributor sales processes, account and area and channel specific strategies and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plan.
• Ensures achievement of product availability and visibility based on RPS standards set.
• Utilizes data from the Distributor Team in developing the area’s monthly, quarterly and annual volume forecast by SKU and by category.
• Drives the quarterly business reviews and the monthly S&OP meetings with the distributor's management team
• Conducts fieldworks and on the job training/learning sessions for distributor sales personnel, documents on the job learning and reviews performance, identifies performance gaps, and formulates training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• 2-3 years of sales experience in distributor management, preferably in an FMCG company.
• Good negotiation skills and people management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership with a growth mindset.
• Possession of Driver’s License Restrictions 1 and 2 (non-negotiable)
• Candidate willing to be assigned in Quezon City and Rizal
