DISTRIBUTOR SALES COORDINATOR (ILOCOS)

About the role

American Wire and Cable Co., Inc. is seeking a Distributor Sales Coordinator to join our sales team based in the Ilocos Region. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in supporting our distributor network and driving sales excellence across the region. As Distributor Sales Coordinator, you will be the vital link between American Wire and Cable Co., Inc. and our distribution partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order processing, and exceptional customer service. This role is instrumental in maintaining strong relationships with our key distributors whilst contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets and business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to distributor partners, including order processing, tracking and coordination of deliveries
• Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries, concerns and feedback
• Maintain accurate records of distributor accounts, transactions and sales data using company systems
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure distributor promotional materials, pricing information and product updates are communicated promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting distributor requirements to optimise stock availability
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis to support distributor performance reviews and business development strategies
• Identify opportunities to strengthen distributor relationships and explore avenues for increased sales and market penetration
• Support the organisation of distributor meetings, training sessions and promotional events
• Liaise between internal departments including finance, logistics and operations to resolve distributor-related issues efficiently
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures whilst upholding professional standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a sales coordination, sales support or similar administrative role, preferably within the electrical, wire, cable or manufacturing industry
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English; local language proficiency is advantageous
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM or sales management software systems
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently when required
• Knowledge of the electrical or industrial products sector is beneficial
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Ilocos Region for distributor visits and events
