Distributor Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in cutting tools / CNC tooling / carbide tools / inserts / tool holders / drills / end mills / machine tools / machining applications is mandatory.
• Candidates from only generic industrial sales background without cutting tool or machining knowledge will not be suitable.

Preferred candidate profile

• Visit machine shops, CNC/VMC users, tool rooms, manufacturing companies and industrial customers.
• Study customer applications and recommend suitable cutting tools based on material, operation, machine, tool life and productivity requirement.
• Conduct product trials and support customers on tool performance, tool life, surface finish, cycle time and cost-per-component improvement.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, follow up for orders and support payment collection as required.
