What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the motor parts or automotive industry.
- Proven experience as a Distributor Sales Representative (DSR), Sales Representative, or in van selling/ Lubricants selling is an advantage.
- With hands-on experience in van selling operations, including customer visits, order taking, merchandising, and collection.
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code/B1, B2, or equivalent).
- Capable of driving a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Willing to be assigned anywhere within the company's area of operations and travel extensively as required.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
