Distributor Sales Specialist

About the role

The Distributor Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting distributor partners to ensure effective product distribution and sales growth. This role involves building strong relationships with distributors, monitoring sales performance, ensuring proper product availability, and helping expand the company's market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with company distributors
• Monitor distributor performance and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding distributor concerns and orders
• Provide support and guidance to distributors to help achieve sales targets
• Prepare reports and updates on distributor performance
• Ensure smooth distribution and availability of company products in assigned areas

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• Experience in processed food or frozen goods sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle
• Valid driver's license (Restriction Code 1, 2, 3, 4)
• Ability to work independently and handle field work when necessary
