Distributor Salesman

A Distributor Salesman is responsible for selling products to retail stores through a distributor or wholesaler. The role focuses on field selling, order taking, account servicing, collections, and maintaining relationships with retailers.

This role is common in FMCG companies distributing products to:

· Sari-sari stores

· Groceries

· Mini marts

· Drugstores

· Public market stalls

Common Qualifications Educational Background

· High school graduate, senior high graduate, or college level

· Some companies prefer graduates of Business, Marketing, or related courses

Experience

· Experience in sales, retail, merchandising, or field work is an advantage

· FMCG sales experience is highly preferred

Skills

· Good communication and selling skills

· Customer relationship management

· Basic math and inventory skills

· Negotiation skills

· Route and territory management

· Ability to meet sales quotas

Physical & Field Requirements

· Willing to do field work daily

· Can handle pressure and sales targets

· Physically fit for store visits and product handling

· Familiar with local territory and routes

Other Requirements

· Driver’s license (for motorcycle )

· Honest and trustworthy for cash and collection handling

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
