Distributor Specialist Batangas/Cavite

About the role

Super Candy Corporation is seeking a Distributor Specialist to join our dynamic retail and consumer products team. This is a full-time position based in Batangas Calabarzon. As a Distributor Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing our distribution network and ensuring our products reach retail partners efficiently and effectively. You will be the bridge between our company and our network of distributors, overseeing inventory management, order fulfilment, and maintaining strong relationships with key partners across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely delivery and proper stock levels of candy and consumer products across assigned territories
• Monitor distributor performance and sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Process and track distributor orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment
• Conduct regular visits to distributor locations to assess inventory, merchandise displays, and product placement
• Address distributor concerns and resolve any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service
• Provide training and support to distributor staff on product features, promotions, and selling techniques
• Maintain accurate records of distributor transactions, inventory levels, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns at the distributor level
• Report on distributor performance and market feedback to senior management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales, distribution management, or a similar customer-facing role within the retail and consumer products sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with inventory management or sales tracking systems
• Knowledge of the candy or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to travel regularly throughout the Batangas Calabarzon region
• A valid driver's licence and access to reliable transportation is preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
