Job Description

• Handle inbound calls from Vietnamese and Korean customers and provide accurate, professional and timely support.

• Understand customer needs, identify issues and provide appropriate solutions in accordance with Bank's policies and procedures.

• Verify and update customer information accurately after each interaction.

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, complaints and perform outbound follow-up tasks when requiried to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Escalate complex cases promptly to Team Leader/Manager for appropriate handling instructions.

• Maintain accurate interaction records and ensure proper follow-up on outstanding cases.

• Support other operational activities or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leader/Manager.

Job Requirement

• Working Experience: From 1 year of experience in Contact Center, banking or customer service environment

• Fluent in Korean (Topik 4 or 5) with strong verbal communication skills

• Strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain patient and professional when handling difficult situations.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer requests effectively.

• Able to work in shifts, including weekends or public holidays, based on business requirements.
