District Manager / Assistant District Manager

You are required to report to Manager and provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the firm's managed buildings.

Responsibilities:

• Administer a property portfolio of commercial and residential buildings
• Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants
• Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree or above in real estate, building management or related discipline
• 8 year's relevant experience in sizable property management company
• Holding a valid PMP Tier 1 license is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
• Excellent client relationship management
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered asAssistant District Manager
